Global East Rock Festival 2011 in Batumi (Georgia) is failed. There were only one day of festival instead two planned. At the last minute festival's venue was changed. Festival took place in the city center instead of "Angiza". On the first day 3 bands performed instead 8 planned. Moribund Oblivion (Turkey), Sabaton (Sweden) and Dark Tranquillity (Sweden) were performed in Batumi. Dark Tranquillity played 3 and half songs.

The organizers consider the possibility of travel to the festival a limited count of Ukrainian citizens by comfortable tourist buses, together with the organizators and staff of the festival. Approximate number of seats are 15. Departure from Kiev is in the morning July 14, departure from Batumi is in the evening July, 19. The price includes transportation Kiev-Batumi-Kiev + ticket to the festival. The cost will be published later.

Sabaton is a Grammis-nominated power metal band from Falun, Sweden formed in 1999. The band's main lyrical themes are those of historical wars. This is heard in albums Primo Victoria and Attero Dominatus where all of the songs, except final tracks, take inspiration from historical battles or war, such as the song "Back in Control" which refers to the Falklands War. Lyrical content drawn from World War II and World War I is prevalent and includes songs about battles and leaders on all sides of the conflict; resistance movements in occupied Poland and Norway, the Battle of Berlin and Winter War in Finland. As of later albums, the band has started to incorporate elements of progressive metal.
